GENERAL SHIPPING 

  • Generally, same day shipping for orders placed before 10am (AEST), otherwise next business day [outside of sales events and high-profile (high-volume) campaign periods]
  • Rest assured that we will endevour to pick, pack and send out your order as quickly as possible from our Australian-based warehouse. However, please note that delays are expected during sales events and high-profile (high-volume) campaign periods. Once sent, delivery time is in accordance with Australia Post's usual delivery timeframes to your delivery destination.
  • All orders are sent with Australia Post
  • We take pride in our shipping and delivery, both in timeframe and the quality of carrier/service.  We believe that delivery is a strong part of a pleasant online shopping experience

DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

  • Rest assured that we will endevour to pick, pack and send out your order as quickly as possible from our Australian-based warehouse. However, please note that delays are expected during sales events and high-profile (high-volume) campaign periods. Once sent, delivery time is in accordance with Australia Post's usual delivery timeframes to your delivery destination.
  • Generally, deliveries to WA, NT, TAS and rural areas can take longer than to other areas.
  • The estimated delivery times are in business days (Monday through Friday) excluding Public holidays. 

PACKAGING, LABELLING, TAGGING & GIFTING:

Unless the product listing explicity states or shows otherwise, by default, all small items sold come in a simple jewellery pouch / organza pouch. Orders with multiple items per order come in a larger shared jewellery pouch / organza pouch.

The reason for the above is that, with with the excepetion of our boxed set section here, all of our items are packaged and sent very plainly by default. The default packaging and presentation is simple and minimalist for two main reasons: 1) we are an online retailer with highly competitive pricing; 2) Not all items being purchased by our customers are gifts for others and therefore do not require additional packaging and labelling costs (which include things like gift boxes, swing tags, holograms etc).  If we included these things with every item we sold, we'd be forced to build them into our pricing which, in simple terms, means you would have to unnecessarily incur more cost for each item you purchase.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
We are unable to alter/edit addresses once an order has been placed nor redirect orders once they have been dispatched. Therefore, please ensure to input the correct shipping address before placing your order. The customer is responsible for further shipping charges should the order be returned due to insufficient shipping information.

BUSINESS ADDRESSES
We accept orders shipped to business addresses. Please ensure to include the business name, floor level if applicable and any other relevant information. Orders shipped to these addresses can be sent via Standard or Express service.

PO BOXES
We accept orders shipped to PO boxes.

IF UNABLE TO DELIVER
If no one is available at the time of delivery the delivery driver will leave a card letting you know details of how to pickup your parcel or arrange for a re-delivery.

RETURN TO SENDER (RTS) CASES
If a parcel delivery is deemed "insufficent" or "invalid" address by the courier/carrier and we receive the parcel back to us (the sender), this is classified as a "Return To Sender (RTS)" case. As we have nothing to do with the delivery address, as this is entered by the customer at the time of purchase, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that their delivery address has been entered correctly. If a resending of the parcel is required due to an RTS case, an alternate sending address is required as well as a further payment by the customer to cover the RTS fee imposed on us by the carrier for the return of the parcel, as well as additional postage charges to resend the order.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled only if your order has not yet been shipped. If your order has already been shipped then it is too late and cannot be cancelled.  Importantly, while our customer service team makes every endevour to handle all enquiries as quickly as possible on business days (Monday to Friday 9am-5pm), please bear in mind that they first need to get your contact us enquiry ticket for an order cancellation request which is generally 1-2 business days, but during sales events can be as much as 3-5 business days depending on ticket volumes. Once they get to the order cancellation request request, they will immediately check to see if dispatched yet or not and reply to the ticket immediately advising you if the order cancellation request can be actioned or not (depending on if the order has been shipped yet or not).
